Raphael
Raphael was an Italian painter during The Renaissance. His full name was Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino. He was born on April 6, 1483 and died in April 6 1520. He is known as the representative of "beauty" in the painting world and is famous for his elegant and peaceful style.
Raphael's father was a court painter, which led him to grow up in an artistic atmosphere. At an early age, he showed excellent painting skills. During his short life, Raphael created numerous works of art, including "School of Athens", "The Marriage of the Virgin", etc. His works emphasise harmony, contrast and idealization, becoming a treasure of The Renaissance painting.
